This notice explains how personal information may be processed when you visit lanikoworks.com or contact me. This is a personal professional portfolio maintained by Anikó Lukácsovics.
1. Who operates this site?

2. Website hosting
This website is hosted using GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. When you access the website, technical connection information, such as an IP address, may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver the site and maintain security. See GitHub’s privacy statement.
3. Optional Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-JGWVMMJHGT) to understand visits and interactions. Analytics storage is denied by default through Google Consent Mode, and you can choose “Only necessary” or “Accept analytics” in the consent panel. Google’s tag is currently loaded with denied storage by default; this configuration can still allow limited, cookie-free signals to be sent to Google before consent. Consent can be changed later using “Cookie Settings” below.
Where consent is required, the intended legal basis for optional analytics storage is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Analytics data may be processed by Google according to its service settings and terms. More information: Google Privacy Policy.
4. Remembering your choice
Your analytics choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key portfolio_analytics_consent, so the site can remember your preference. This is used to manage your choice, not to build an advertising profile. You can update it at any time with the “Cookie Settings” control.
5. Email enquiries
If you contact me by email, I use the information you provide to read and respond to your message and any related correspondence. Depending on the nature of your enquiry, processing may be based on legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, related obligations or legitimate record-keeping.
6. Data sharing and international services
Website hosting, analytics and email involve third-party service providers, potentially including processing outside the European Economic Area. Applicable contractual and other safeguards depend on the particular provider and service configuration.
7. Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, including Hungary’s NAIH. To make a request, email the address above.

I may update this policy as the website develops. The last updated date at the top identifies the current version.
